First: please request a bali-lamp-shades price list by click Contact Us button – enter your name – your e-mail address – fill message subject by request price list - enter a list of items code in your message then click send button.

Second: We will reply to you with the best price quotes of the products you are interested to know. We always give the most competitive prices (including wholesale prices).

Third: if you agree with the price of the products, please create a list of items required with item code and quantity that you would like to purchase for each item, and then send it to us directly by email to sales@bali-lamp-shades.com or click Contact Us button – enter your name – your e-mail address – fill message subject by purchase order - enter a list of items code of the product and quantity in your message then click send button.

You may also contact any inquiry to: +62-361-8586405 - Mr. Ida Bagus Suarma Once you have decided to place the order, we will provide you with a pro-forma Invoice indicating the full cost of your order, including the shipping cost and Telex Transfer detail.

About shipping cost: please inform us the name of the port or nearest airport of your location/final destination of goods, city, state, country, phone and fax. If order a full container, you will receive discounted freight cost accordingly. Please note that a full container shipment will allow you considerable savings on freight charges.

About payment: For orders totaling over US$1,000 a deposit of 50% is necessary to process your order. For total orders less than US$1,000 you must remit 100% of the total amount on the pro-forma invoice prior to processing your order. We prefer that all payments be processed by Telex Transfer (T/T).

We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then you have to complete the final payment, if necessary.

Once the order is in transit, we will send you the copy of shipping bill and any related shipping documents. We will continue to keep in touch with you until the order has arrived safely.
